We have locally grown beef either off our ranch we own in Chico or local ranchers in the Decatur or Sunset area that are grass fed. We also have a 1855 Black Angus out of Nebraska which are Corn fed. The Akaushi Beef is a Japanese beef that was brought over here by the Americans and it's a Prime cut beef out of South East Austin. Our Beef has no hormones, or dyes.
